Prayer

I thought I knew what I longed for

I ran hard to chase the corner of rainbow

My undying will got me farther and beyond

Glorious moments ended when the strong tower fell

My world trembled, my feet shaken, my life overturned

Tears could not trade off my sorrow

My world was falling, my life was changing

Embarking on an unknown journey

Fear crippled my confidence

Living in the dark room and cried to the four walls

I swallowed my pain, I hid my tears

My family, my reason to live on

Their love, my strength to carry on

Their prayers, the peace I cling on

Their hope is my prayer

I pray that God gives me a second chance 

Let me have the chance to love them even more
