In the past one year, I followed many HK TVB dramas. One of my favourites is 'When Heaven Burns'. A group of young guys came together to form a band but misunderstanding led them to spilt. Three guys went to icy cold mountainous area to witness a rock concert. The trip led to misfortune.
The guys lost their way. No food and water for a week to 10 days. They decided to sacrifice one of their friends. Their guy was stabbed to death. Hunger got the better of them. They cut their friend and ate his flesh to survive. The three guys lived with guilt. Their lives were 'unhealed wound'. After 18 years, the secret slowly revealed.
I like the opening and ending song. Paul from Beyond was great!
They did an unforgiving thing together 18 years ago. for the next 18 years, they tried to be different from one other. The truth haunted them. "We're only united...when it comes to song composing. That's all!"
