A good family day (Part I)

Today was well spent. Sis Joyce and I accompanied to the track. We were there at about 7.20am. There were a lot of walkers, joggers and runners. I was happy that I managed to do 2 laps wallk and 6 laps jog on the outside lane.

Sis Joyce and I joined Papa & Mama at Gadong market. They were shopping for plants. Gardening is Papa's hobby. Sis Joyce said Papa likes to shop for plants. Going to the market is like we are going to Apple shopping for gadgets. Looking at the beautiful flowers, it did make me feel good. 

Ok, time to take shower. We went home and prepared to bring Kayden out for brunch.
